Anxiety can hit us in many ways. It can cause us to worry repeatedly over daily matters. It can lead us to ruminate about past mistakes or perceived failures. It can even affect our ability to work productively, to feel comfortable in our relationships, and our ability to sleep and eat. Anxiety treatment through psychotherapy can help reduce your anxiety and worry, helping you to become calmer and more relaxed.

Our anxiety clinic, located at The Ottawa Neurofeedback and Psychotherapy Centre, offers different types of psychotherapy services including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to help treat your unique behavioral therapy needs.

Millions of people suffer from depression in North America. For some people, it hits them suddenly and unexpectedly and for others depression is something they have battled their entire life. The good news is that depression is treatable.

No two depression cases are alike so customizing your treatment to include Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy or another form of psychotherapy is more likely to result in successful treatment outcomes. At our initial intake appointment we can recommend options suited to your needs.
