Erin holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a Joint Honours BA in Psychology and Linguistics; she was awarded the University Gold Medal upon graduation from the University of Ottawa. Erin offers psychological and neurofeedback services at the ONPC and brings a dedicated presence and warmth to her relationships with clients. She has supported individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, concussions, relationship challenges, grief, and trauma histories, as well as clients facing life transitions and questions of meaning and fulfillment.
Erin takes a collaborative, process-focused approach to therapy and draws from third-wave cognitive behavioural therapies, mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic therapies to support her clients. She believes that acceptance and compassion can affect real change and transformation in our lives and strives to help her clients cultivate these qualities, both within the therapeutic relationship and outside of the therapy room.
Your goals and values are unique to you, as an individual; Erin will meet you where you are and help you navigate life’s inevitable roadblocks. She looks forward to supporting you as you uncover meaning, connecting, and wellbeing on your journey.
