Registered Psychotherpist (Q)
Kaytlin takes a holistic and collaborative approach when providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. She believes that it can be difficult to manage and cope with life’s hardships such as anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and challenges within our interpersonal relationships. Kaytlin enjoys working from both an attachment-informed and trauma-informed perspective to help my clients process difficult emotions. She values the uniqueness of each person and tailor therapeutic approaches to best fit individual needs.
As a therapist her goal is to help make these overwhelming feelings more manageable by providing guidance with empathy, compassion, and non-judemental listening. Kaytlin has experience working in settings with a variety of clients who present with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood disorders and gender related issues.
